Hey there, my name is KJ Big Russ, and I do what I do because I love creating experiences people remember long after the night is over. Singing has always been part of who I am, and music is the heartbeat that drives everything I create. More than anything, I love bringing people together—helping friends, families, and even strangers share moments of joy, laughter, and connection. For me, it’s never just about playing songs; it’s about building an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, included, and ready to have a great time.
First and foremost, I’m a loving husband and father, blessed by God with some pretty incredible gifts. I’m a KJ, a DJ, an author, a musician, a professional Santa, a computer nerd, and an entrepreneur—but no matter which world I’m in, I’m an entertainer at heart. I love making people laugh and bringing joy through genuine connection, in whatever way I can.

When Regina and I first met on our initial date, she casually mentioned that she had always had a bit of a thing for Santa Claus. That single comment changed everything. Until then, I had never considered becoming a professional Santa, but in that moment, the idea took hold. I immediately began growing out my beard and fully embraced the role.
Regina and I share a passion for elevating everything we do, so it felt only natural to reimagine Santa and Mrs. Claus at a higher level. Thus, the Elevated Clauses were born. We commissioned stunning custom costumes and made our debut appearance at a local nursing home that very first year.
The following season, we upgraded our costumes once again, and I began appearing at Gallivan Plaza, taking photos with children and spreading holiday cheer. We also accepted traditional bookings, delivering gifts and joy at private parties.
The next year marked a true turning point. Having just launched my career as a karaoke DJ, I saw an opportunity to blend music with the Santa experience in a way no one else was doing. That’s when Sing with Santa came to life. There are thousands of exceptional professional Santas out there—many with authentic beards and timeless personas—but that traditional approach wasn’t quite our style. We wanted to stand apart. So we crafted unique packages that preserve all the classic Christmas magic while weaving in interactive musical moments that make every visit unforgettable.
